I have been using my neti- pot with zinc drops and salt… spraying silver under my tongue… definitely had a Coldbuster from Jamba Juice with extra immunity and a shot of wheat grass… and I’m still sick! I’ve added some soup, Ibuprofen, and cold tablets to the mix as well. And water. SO MUCH WATER. I give up. I’m just going to keep the tissues stuffed up there and let the sickness have its way.

By the way, I highly recommend going through old journals. I laughed. I cried. Then AND now! Boy, was I a dramatic little thing…
