I’m an absolute creature of habit. And if I like something, I will enjoy it into the ground. I had Umami Burger several times this past week (truffle cheese fries, Mexican coke, and a Hatch burger please and thank you). I have listened to this Florence and the Machine song on repeat every day and the new Beirut album has been played every night. And don’t get me started on the jeggings. Dear Lord, the jeggings…

I also tend to settle into certain ideas or a specific lifestyle. When I was in NY and working 6 days a week, 14-17 hour shifts, that was normal. Now back in LA and in a very slow off season, I’ve found myself with too much time and not enough money (hello Nashville trip with Keiko next week). So I’ll be scouring Craigslist in hope of some extra cash minus the creepsters. Hopefully, I won’t get propositioned by any parents of kids I babysit this time. And yes, that happened (I declined).
