Shortly after coming back from New York, I was invited to the Melie Bianco store for a party. I got to chat with a bunch of the talent behind the line and browse through all of the bags. There’s another handbag line that always threw great parties in New York and I wondered why no one else’s compared. Melie Bianco turned that around right quick. 

First off, the bags have such cute details. There is one design that features a lock and key accent and another with a turn clasp that reminds me of a clover (first picture). There were also some bags with sweater material mixed in and others with braided features. My favorite though would have to be the Alyssa bag. It’s big, so I can carry my life with me everywhere I go (my mom tells me I’ll have horrible back problems when I’m older). It also has outside zippered pockets which is great when I don’t want to dig through my Mary Poppins mess for my car keys or I.D. 

The second reason why the party was a success was the fact that they had three of my favorite things: Jack Daniels, Mexican Coke, and SUGAR! So many cakes, cream puffs, and deliciousness. Calories don’t count at parties, so that was good. And NCLA was on hand to do manicures (see what I did there?). Nail pictures coming soon!
