A night out on the (fashionable) town

So good news is that I’ve made sure to get more outfits photos and document what’s going on in my life. Bad news is that this post will not reflect that. But the next few will! Promise! These pictures are from Fashion’s Night Out which everyone has pretty much deemed “Halloween for grown ups.” Considering how many stores have gratis drinks and snacks, I’ll allow that comparison. We started off the night at Coach’s flagship store, meeting up with Holly (pictured), Eliot (pictured), Vanessa and Christine. We sipped on Bellini’s and spicy ginger, grown up Shirley’s.

Next, we wandered over to the Juicy store where Kelly (Glamouri) was doing a live host feed. Keiko and Christine got interviewed and we took this completely useless outfit shot. Apparently Metric was going to be playing there and we were super bummed that we found this out AFTER we had already headed over to the West Village. The Teen Vogue party was over before we got there (probably shut down because of the noise) so we headed over to Lulu Guinness and Tory Burch. At the Tory Burch store, they had an awesome DJ, mini cupcakes, and Coke in glass bottles (so good!). I would have stayed there the rest of the night if it was up to me.

Our last stop of the evening was the SoHo Grand for the after party. Keiko and I grabbed dinner at Aurora with Vanessa and then headed into the hotel. Bobby met up with us for a drink and we sat and surveyed the crowd (which included Russell Simmons, Kimora Lee, and Janelle Monae). We were all pretty exhausted from running around the city all night (in heels!) so we called it a night and headed home.
